Impressive joint Tenant Satisfaction Measures with Somerset Council revealed
We’re delighted to publish a strong set of TSM results together with Somerset Council, up from the last set of results, and demonstrating our continued focus on providing our customers with the very best service and homes.
Options appraisal to review services
Somerset Council is undertaking an independent review to identify how its housing management service should be delivered in future and what model best works for customers and leaseholders across the county.
The appraisal or review is being undertaken to ensure that services are better aligned, provide a consistently good service and deliver best value for money for our customers and leaseholders.
An external consultant will undertake this piece of work, leading to a recommendation for a future delivery mode.
