Groundbreaking work in Nether Stowey
Homes in Somerset is working in partnership with Tilia, on a new development in Nether Stowey.
The site, Poets Garden, is earmarked for 58 new homes, with 23 affordable properties, and a focus on wildlife-friendly enhancements.

Showcasing Retrofit Support for Tenants at Industry Conference
Members of Homes in Somerset joined Rand Associates at the annual HAMMAR technical briefing for housing professionals, to showcase the work done with our retrofit tenants and how they are supported after the work has been done.
