Are you ready to take the lead in shaping a safer future for residents and visitors? We’re seeking a Compliance & Building Safety Specialist to champion safety, drive compliance, and lead a dedicated team across the HiS portfolio.
In this leadership role, you will:
- Ensure a safe and secure environment by overseeing all aspects of Compliance and Building Safety
- Develop, implement, and monitor robust compliance programmes that meet all legislative and regulatory standards, including the “Big 6”
- Take ownership of compliance data accuracy, ensuring it’s reliable and up to date
- Line manage a talented team of Officers, Data Leads, and Coordinators, supporting recruitment, performance, and personal development
- Play a key role in the Leadership Team, collaborating with senior leaders to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective negotiation and communication
