Hazards Coordinator
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Hazards Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our residents live in safe, healthy homes. The role is part of a growing team who have implemented the processes to support and navigate our responsibilities in relation to Awaab’s Law.

The successful candidate will:
- Provide responsive and effective customer service to residents.
- Coordinate responses to reports of dampness, mould, and other hazards in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure timely visits and completion of work within Awaab’s Law SLAs.
- Book and follow up on hazard surveyor visits with customers.
- Monitor and report on hazard survey results using an external platform.
- Responding to customer and agency correspondence via phone and email.
- Managing repairs casework for damp, mould, and emergency hazards.
- Raising and closing repair jobs and purchase orders.
- Producing repair work reports for customers.
- Keeping CRM systems up to date with all communications.
- Attending meetings with contractors and internal teams.
- Supporting site visits and data monitoring.
- Collaborating across teams and assisting with ad hoc tasks.
