This role delivers high-quality responsive repairs, maintenance and improvement works across council homes, communal areas and operational buildings, specialising in safe water, sanitation and drainage systems. Working independently and with colleagues, the postholder diagnoses faults, completes planned and emergency works to required standards, and provides a reliable, customer-focused service that protects tenants and members of the public.
