Changes to Repair Services

We are pleased to announce that following on from the update in our winter newsletter, we will be upgrading our same day repair service, from April 1, 2026.

This change is designed to improve efficiency and ensure that all repair requests are handled in a timely and organised manner.

To arrange a repair, please visit our website and click on “My Account” to book your appointment at a convenient date and time.

This new system allows us to better allocate resources and provide you with a more reliable service experience. You can also contact our Customer Service Team on 0800 585 360 or customer.services@homesinsomerset.org  who will be happy to log your repair and arrange the appointment for you.
