Latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures Published

Our latest Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) are now available to view.

We’re constantly monitoring ourselves as it’s important to check how we’re doing against specific targets including those set in discussion with Somerset Council and the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) set by the Regulator of Social Housing.

Our December figures show that 84% of our customers were satisfied with repairs, beating our target of 81%. Further to that, 87% of customers were satisfied with the time taken to complete the most recent repair, beating the target of 80%.

We also beat our targets on “Satisfaction with Keeping Communal Communal Areas Clean and Well Maintained”, “Satisfaction that the Home is Well-Maintained”, and “Agreement that the Landlord Treats Tenants Fairly and with Respect”.
