More praise for Penlea development

We received more praise from councillors when Housing Development Team Leader Nick Draper showed Cllrs Diogo Rodrigues and Andy Hadley around the Penlea House development in Bridgwater.

Cllr Rodrigues said: “It was great to see progress on this development of 33 much-needed social homes in Bridgwater. A high-quality and sustainable build that will make a difference for local families. With 12,000 households on Somerset’s social housing register, developments like this are a vital part of meeting local need.”

The Penlea development comprises 30 social housing apartments, fit for the future. The quality of the homes and the attention to detail throughout the scheme are a testament to our shared commitment to delivering safe, sustainable, and high-quality housing for our residents.
