New homes in Charlton Adam will create affordable options for local people.

Work is soon to begin on building nine affordable homes in Charlton Adam. The new homes will be integrated into 26 open market homes and Somerset Council is investing £2.5M to provide a range of rented homes, including 4-bed homes. These new homes will give local people who find themselves priced out of the market access to genuinely affordable homes. The project is being managed by Homes in Somerset.
