Windmill Crescent works complete

Works to improve the energy efficiency of three properties at Windmill Crescent is now complete. We have upgraded the external insulation, fitted new heating, provided solar PV to reduce energy bills and removed all asbestos from the properties, including all the ceilings.

Property Services, Investment and Sustainability Manager Rik Saunders at HiS said: “These works will all help to reduce the energy bills for our residents and ensure they can enjoy their homes in comfort.”
