As our Compliance Assurance & Performance Team Leader, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for the data, reporting, assurance and governance processes that underpin our Property Compliance and Building Safety services. Working closely with operational teams, contractors and senior leaders, you will ensure compliance information is accurate, reliable and audit-ready, providing confidence that statutory obligations are being effectively managed.
